Terms of Service

1. Accepting these Terms

By using Gumdum.com, creating or using a Gumdum account, applying to a server, or joining a Gumdum Minecraft server, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or servers.

2. Who may play

Gumdum is an 18+ community for grown-up gamers. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. You must also follow the terms, community rules, and account requirements that apply to Minecraft, Microsoft, Xbox, Discord, and any other service you choose to use with Gumdum.

3. Community conduct

Help keep the community welcoming and safe. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, scam, exploit, grief, steal, evade moderation, disrupt servers, or use cheats, hacked clients, exploits, or automation that gives an unfair advantage.

Follow the rules and reasonable directions published for the relevant server, event, forum, or feature. We may investigate conduct that harms players or the community, including conduct that happens through connected community spaces.

4. Accounts and access

Keep your Microsoft and Gumdum account information accurate, and do not share access to accounts that you use with Gumdum. You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts. Server access is a community privilege, not a guaranteed entitlement.

We may limit, suspend, or remove site, forum, Discord, or server access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, protect the service, or comply with law. When practical, we will explain the reason.

5. Player content

You keep ownership of content you create. By posting text, images, attachments, profile details, or other content in Gumdum spaces, you give Gumdum the limited permission needed to host, display, moderate, back up, and operate that content in connection with the community.

Only share content you have the right to share. Do not post private information about another person or content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or puts players at risk.

6. Service availability and changes

Minecraft servers, websites, and connected services can be unavailable, change, reset, or end. We may update, pause, retire, or change features, server rules, worlds, seasons, or community spaces. We will try to give notice for material community changes when it is practical to do so.

Gumdum is an independent community site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, or Discord.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the community changes. The current version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Gumdum after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
